What our guests say
Thinking about where to stay on Providenciales? Please read what our wonderful guests say about our resort at Northwest Point.
Oct 5, 2007: "Always Great!"
I have just returned back from Northwest Point and it was wonderful!!! The weather was great, hotter than usual and ocean water was like a bathtub... There's been a lot of progress since my last visit. Roads are paved just short of the resort makeing traveling much easier. My room was pool side but from the balcony there was a great view of the ocean. I could hear the waves crashing in the far distance. Very private, quite! Staff was very freindly and helpful and I couldn't have asked for more. Can't wait until my next visit!
Sep 6, 2007: "Fantastic vacation"
I recently went to this resort with three of my friends. We rented the three bedroom condo. I have to say the staff was top notch. They bent over backwards to make us happy. It was my birthday and the birthday for one additional person in my party. Mike, the manager, was able to arrange for cakes to be delivered to our room. When we needed a dvd player, the other manager gave us her own personal dvd player to borrow. Now you can't get service like that at another resort. The place is more of a condo complex, than a full fledged resort. If you are looking for 1000 count sheets and downed beds, then don't come to this resort. however, if you want a nice, private resort with top notch service, then go to this resort. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The beach was beautiful and we were the only persons on the entire bearch. The rooms were well stocked with furniture and kitchenware. The rooms were were tastefully furnished and clean. In addition, the cleaning staff was very professional and thorough. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!!
Oct 5, 2007: "Nice walking beach"I didn't stay at the Northwest Point Resort but I was curious to see it and evaluate for our next trip, so we drove out there. Road was unpaved gravel, less than 10 mins drive from paved road to the resort. Resort was only one on the beach, looked pretty, beach was choppier than Grace Bay (where we stayed) and seemed to contain a lot of weeds, but it was a lovely, empty stretch of beach, good walking and certainly no hordes of other tourists. I didn't see the rooms, so can't comment on those. Seemed like a good place to have some alone time.
Jul 23, 2007: "Ticket to Paradise"
We have just returned from a wonderful week at Northwest Point Resort in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. You can't beat this place if you are looking to get away from it all and experience tranquility, peace and beauty. A huge variety of bougainvilla along with mandivilla, plumbago and other bright flowers, complement the deep green banana and coconut palms. Cindy made us feel so welcome when we checked in. She quickly informed us of the many ammenities available to us during our stay such as the fitness center, well-stocked library, kayaks and barbecue grill. After walking the beach and enjoying the sunset, we grilled our dinner and enjoyed it by the beautifully lit pool. (Rent a car at the airport and stop by the IGA supermarket.) After dinner, we floated in the pool and gazed at the amazing starshow. Being so far away from city lights, you have an awesome view. Mike came by and offered to turn off the pool lights for an even better view. He was also most helpful in suggesting snorkeling spots, things to do and places to go. The entire staff was pleasant and unobtrusively attentive. Unit 1-104 is beatifully decorated, comfortable, well-equipped, safe, and quiet. Spectacular snorkeling!
