Turks and Caicos has a full range of the services you need for an unforgettable destination wedding in paradise – flowers, photography, cakes, music/entertainment, ministers - and Northwest Point Resort can accommodate you and your entire wedding party and guests.

Getting married in paradise does take a wee bit of planning. Keep the following information in mind and consult with us at Northwest Point Resort if you have any questions.

There is a residency period of 72 hours before an application for a Turks and Caicos Marriage License can be made to the Registrar General for Special Licenses. There is a $50.00 License fee. The wedding ceremony can then take place at any time after the marriage license application has been granted. Processing of license takes 2-3 days.

The application for the Turks and Caicos Marriage License must be made by a Marriage Officer. This is usually a pastor or minister that has a government license to perform marriage ceremonies. Your Turks and Caicos wedding planner or hotel will typically arrange this for you. In addition, the marriage must be performed by a Marriage Officer.

Reunions and other family gatherings are popular at Northwest Point Resort, too. There is plenty of room for even large families or groups, with a complete buy out of the property available pending availability.
